1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing this website, and/or by purchasing or using ShipUnstuck ("the Kit"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full, together with our Refund & Sales Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the site and do not purchase the Kit. Your access to the site and any purchase constitutes your acceptance.

2. Who we are

ShipUnstuck ("we", "us") is a digital product operated by backpr, based in Italy, contact info@backpr.com, at ai.backpr.com. Purchases are sold and fulfilled by Lemon Squeezy, Inc. acting as Merchant of Record; Lemon Squeezy is the seller for your transaction, issues your receipt/invoice, and collects and remits any applicable VAT or sales tax. Their buyer terms also apply.

3. What you're buying & your licence

The Kit is a self-serve digital reference product: an indexed set of common deploy, authentication and payment configuration errors, each with a plain-English cause, a suggested fix, and a copy-paste prompt for your AI builder, delivered as digital files (which may include a PDF, a duplicatable Notion page, and an installable Claude skill). On payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Kit for your own projects. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, republish, publicly post, or share the Kit, its prompts, its files, or any part of them, whether free or for a fee. Breach of this licence terminates it immediately without refund.

4. Price, tax & payment

Prices are shown in euros and are one-time payments. Any applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated, collected and remitted by Lemon Squeezy at checkout based on your location.

5. Instant delivery & waiver of withdrawal

The Kit is digital content supplied immediately after purchase. By buying and accessing it, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, as implemented by the Italian Codice del Consumo. You confirm you have read this clause before purchasing.

6. All sales are final — no refunds, no guarantee

This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory Italian or EU consumer law — for example, if digital content supplied is materially defective or not as described, you retain your non-waivable legal remedies. Outside of those mandatory rights, no refund is due.

7. "As is" — no warranties

The Kit and this website are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (to the fullest extent permitted by law) merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. Dashboards, tools, and third-party services referenced in the Kit change frequently; steps may become outdated, and you are responsible for verifying and applying any change to your own systems. You use the Kit and act on its contents at your own risk.

8. No affiliation

backpr and ShipUnstuck are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Cursor, Base44, Supabase, Stripe, Anthropic/Claude, Lemon Squeezy, or any other product named in the Kit. Such names are used solely to describe compatibility.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will backpr be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business, arising out of or related to the Kit or the site, even if advised of the possibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Kit. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

10. Your responsibilities

You agree to use the Kit and site lawfully, not to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer them, not to share or resell the Kit, and not to represent its contents as your own. You are solely responsible for your own applications, accounts, credentials, and data.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time; the "last updated" date will change and the updated Terms apply from posting. Continued use of the site or the Kit after an update constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, with the courts of the operator's place of residence in Italy having jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of your EU country of residence. Questions: info@backpr.com.
