All sales are final. No refunds, no money-back, no guarantee. ShipUnstuck is a digital product delivered instantly and in full at the moment of purchase. Because you receive immediate, complete access to the files, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or any satisfaction/results guarantee.
Why sales are final
The Kit is downloadable digital content. By purchasing, you request its immediate delivery and expressly waive the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content (Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, as implemented by the Italian Codice del Consumo). This waiver is a condition of purchase and is confirmed at checkout.
No outcome or results guarantee
The Kit is a reference tool. We do not guarantee that it will resolve your specific error, that any fix will work on your particular setup, or that you will achieve any deployment, technical, business, or financial result. Third-party dashboards and tools change frequently; you are responsible for verifying and applying any steps to your own systems. The Kit is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, as set out in our Terms of Service.
Your mandatory legal rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory Italian or EU consumer law. If the digital content we supplied is materially defective or is not as described, you keep your non-waivable statutory remedies — contact us at info@backpr.com and we will address genuine cases as required by law. Outside of those mandatory rights, no refund is due.
Payments & your statement
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Your card statement will show the charge from Lemon Squeezy — not "ShipUnstuck" — so if you don't recognise a charge, that's why. Billing questions can also be directed to Lemon Squeezy.
