The controller of your personal data on this website is backpr, based in Italy, contact info@backpr.com. This policy explains what we collect on ai.backpr.com and how we use it, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Italian data-protection framework.
Note: when you make a purchase, Lemon Squeezy, Inc. acts as Merchant of Record and independently processes your payment and billing data under its own privacy policy.

Email-list data is kept until you unsubscribe. Order records are retained by Lemon Squeezy as required for tax/accounting. Analytics data is retained per the provider's standard retention settings.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@backpr.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
